I. CALL TO ORDER - 8:00 p.m.

The property owner’s engineer, Michael Perrault of P.M.P. Associates of East Bridgewater, on behalf of his client, Kevin Johnson, submitted a request for a continuation of the public hearing until Wednesday, August 18, at 8 p.m. as Mr. Nagle was not in attendance and his client preferred to wait for a full board for a decision to be rendered. In the same communication, dated July 21, 2004, Mr. Johnson authorized the board to extend the time of action on the subdivision until the end of the day on Monday, September 6, 2004.
